Similar to a Green Chayote, a Black Chayote is a pear like shaped fruit that ranges in small to medium sizes. The fruit is rich in potassium and Vitamin A.

HANDLING: 

The storage handling for these fruits are ideal to be stored under 45- 50 degrees F. Storing up to a month of product.
