Eddoes
ABOUT:
Eddo is a starchy tropical root vegetable that falls under the variety of Taro. Eddoes have the similar taste and cooking style of standard potatoes, sweet potatoes and yams. Eddoes are to be fully cooked before serving and should not be eaten in its raw state.
HANDLING:
Eddoes are relatively stored in a 45 to 50 degree temperature.
