ABOUT: 

Malanga Isleña is a root vegetable that is round with a horizontal scale like texture. They have a woodsy and nutty taste to them and are typically deep-fried into chips but can also be mashed, baked, boiled, or sautéed. Malanga Isleña has a brown exterior and white interior.

Malanga Isleña is stored at 45- 50°F.
